There will be some changes to market trading hours over the Easter period, as follows (all times listed in UK time):
Friday 7 April |
European and US equity markets are closed. |
Saturday 8 April |
Weekend indices and cryptocurrencies open as normal |
Sunday 9 April |
Weekend indices and cryptocurrencies open as normal. Forex opens at 9pm. US and 24-hour indices quoted from 11pm |
Monday 10 April |
European equity markets are closed. European 24-hour indices will be quoted out of hours |
Tuesday 11 April |
European markets reopen |
*Japan 225, Singapore Blue Chip and China A50 will close later in the evening.
Please note that Nonfarm Payrolls (NFPs) will be released on Good Friday, prompting CME futures and rates to trade on a half day.
There will be no LBMA Gold FIX on 07/04 and 10/04
